Terms of use
These terms govern your use of RateWatch, a mortgage benchmark monitoring product operated by Northglass LLC.
Informational service only
RateWatch is not a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, financial adviser, appraiser, credit bureau, or loan marketplace. It does not accept loan applications, determine eligibility, arrange financing, or sell your information as a mortgage lead.
No refinancing guarantee
Benchmarks, calculations, property information, and alerts may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or different from the rates and costs a lender offers you. An alert is not an offer, approval, rate lock, appraisal, recommendation, or guarantee that refinancing is available or beneficial. Verify APR, points, fees, taxes, insurance, closing costs, prepayment terms, and eligibility directly with qualified professionals before acting.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep access to your email secure, and use RateWatch only for a mortgage you are authorized to monitor. You are responsible for reviewing and updating saved values and thresholds. You may not probe, disrupt, scrape private areas, bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully.
Notifications
You request transactional monitoring notifications by enabling an alert channel. Delivery is not guaranteed. You can pause or unsubscribe from market-alert email at any time; authentication and essential account messages are separate. Text messaging is not currently offered.
Service changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature; reject unsafe or abusive use; or update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
Disclaimers and liability
RateWatch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Northglass LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for a financial decision, missed alert, source outage, lender action, or indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
